Gearboxes suffer from a wide range of issues from bearings that have suffered wear and tear over a period of time resulting in a noise while driving, grinding into gears due to synchro wear sheared gears resulting in no drive.
Some makes and models have common problems and sometimes it is tempting to by a second hand unit from a car breakers but in actual fact if your car has suffered a gearbox failure chances are it is a common problem and a second hand unit will have more times then not the same issue if not immediately it will over time and will not be covered under warranty.
We use only the best available new parts and often uprated parts to rebuild your gearbox while replacing all oil seals and all of our work is covered by a warranty which gives you as the costumer piece of mind.
